We provide multiple skills and business techniques such as: systems solutions, process improvement, quality function deployment, continuous flow manufacturing and integrated supply chain management.



  • Work closely with an assigned Account Executive to develop the      best possible business case for contacting a potential client with a goal      of producing revenue.
  • Using a pre-determined database, make outbound calls to senior      corporate executives within assigned industries and/or geographies to      generate initial meetings for Account Executives (AE).
  • Update Oracle Sales Cloud with information found during the      discovery Process. Contact info from Zoom info or Linked-in as well as any      research found on the internet.
  • Using the internet, set up alerts to stay ahead of breaking news      for industry campaigns as well any industry pre-determined by Business Development      Manager and AE.
  • Confirm meetings through outlook or e-mail, to field sales      executives and prospects. Direct the prospects to our website or blog for      collateral or other company information. Make regular scheduled contact      with former clients to stay in front of mind. Work closely with field      sales executives to script and coordinate scheduled meetings.
  • Business Development Associates are also expected to monitor and      become familiar with their assigned industries through Social Media,      Google alerts and/or geographies as well as the firm's product set,      approach and process improvement methodologies. They will work as an      integral part of the new business team for their assigned territories and      undertake.




  • Advanced computer skills; including MS Office Suite, MS Project, Visio, Go-To-Meeting and CRM. 




  • Knowledge of business process practices in a work environment
  • Prior sales or business sourcing experience
  • Understanding of how technical and tactical elements of large ticket "process improvement initiatives" are sold
  • Understanding of related supply chain, product development and manufacturing operations.
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work with all levels of an enterprise
  • Performance driven and self-motivated
  • Able to take direction
  • Adaptable to changing environments
  • Professional in appearance and conduct






  • 2+ years progressively advancing Business Development experience.
  • An undergraduate business-related degree (advanced degree is a plus)
  • Experienced in working diverse industry segments selling comprehensive MOS solutions into related product development, supply chain, and/or manufacturing operations.
  • Ability to travel if necessary.
  • Have a valid driver's license, and a Canadian or US Passport
  • Experience selling Business Techniques such as APM, Six-Sigma, Spend/Sourcing is a plus
